DELIVERY
Q.I have not received my item yet?
A. Sometimes there are delays in the postal system that is outside of our control. Whilst we expect your purchase to be delivered within a few days, it could be longer. The Royal Mail advise us that an item is not considered lost in the post until 14 days have elapsed.
It may be worth contacting your local sorting office, just in case the Royal Mail was unable to deliver for some reason. Normally, the Royal Mail will leave a card, but we are aware that this does not always happen.
We kindly ask that you be patient and wait a few more days, but if the item is not received by 14 days please email us on customerservices@digiflex.co.uk.
Q. I live overseas and I have not received my purchase yet?
A. Royal Mail state - 'If your item is not delivered, please allow up to 25 days after posting before you consider it lost’. This is because your item may have been held in customs or be in the process of being returned to sender if it could not be delivered for some reason. We, therefore, request that you check with your local postal service.
We kindly ask that you be patient and wait a few more days, but if the item is not received by 25 days please email us on customerservices@digiflex.co.uk.
Q. I am trying to pay for my item, but my Country is not listed in your checkout – what should I do?
A. Apologies for this. Please complete payment by choosing an alternative Country (NOT United Kingdom), and then make a note in your payment of the correct address.
Q. I live locally, can I come and collect my item?
A. Yes, you can collect from our warehouse – however this must be arranged beforehand. Please contact us by email on customerservices@digiflex.co.uk stating your Order Number and email address, advising when would like to collect. We accept cash on collection and we can take card payments.
Please note we are open from 10am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. We are closed at the weekend.
PAYMENT
Q. I am having difficulties paying for my purchase – how can I pay?
A. The alternative payment methods you can use are cheque/postal order or you can phone us direct on 01268 574777 with your Credit/Debit card details. If you have a PayPal account, please contact us via email stating your Order Number and the email address registered to your PayPal account, and we can send you a PayPal Money Request.
Q. I am paying by cheque (or Postal Order), where do I send my cheque payment too?
A. Please make cheques payable to Digiflex Ltd. Please post your cheque payment along with a short note stating your Order Number, email address and postal address, to the following address:

Q. I sent you a cheque and I have not heard from you, why?
A. Failure to include the required information may result in your order being delayed or indeed your payment being unidentifiable. It may be best to contact us via email on customerservices@digiflex.co.uk stating your Order Number and email address and state your query.

RETURNS
Q. My item is faulty, what should I do?
A. Please contact us by email on customerservices@digiflex.co.uk with details of your Order Number and email address. Please state clearly what the fault is and let us know if you require a replacement or a refund. We will then advise you how to proceed.
Q. I’ve received the wrong item – what should I do?
A. Please contact us via email on customerservices@digiflex.co.uk stating your Order Number and email address and clearly state what item you have received in error. If you prefer to phone us, call us on 01268 574777 but please have your details ready.

Q. I’ve returned an item – what happens next?
A. All requests for refunds and replacements are usually dealt with within 24 hours from the receipt of the returned item here.
Please note: Although we initiate a PayPal refund immediately, PayPal can take up to 30 days to process this. However, on most occasions, refunds are seen in your account within 48 hours.
