Returns Policy
All UK and EC transactions are covered by the Consumer Protection (Distance
Selling) Regulations 2000.
Cancellation
Rights:
You have the right to cancel this
order within 7 working days, beginning the day after the day on which you receive
the goods (this is the cancellation period).
If you wish to cancel this
transaction, you must advise us in writing by email to
customerservices@digiflex.co.uk or by letter
to the following address within the cancellation period:

You (the consumer) have a statutory
duty to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. You must arrange for the safe return
of goods to Digiflex Limited, the cost of which is to be borne by you, failing
which, we will recover the goods, the cost of which will be deducted from any
refund due to you.
On the
cancellation of the transaction, we shall refund you
the
full cost of the transaction (cost of goods and outgoing postage)
when the
goods have been received by us or within 30 days of cancellation.
Where goods do not conform to the
implied terms set out under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the cost of recovering
the goods will be borne by us.
It is your statutory duty to ensure
that reasonable care is taken of any goods in your possession.
Damaged
or Faulty Goods
If, upon delivery, your item is
damaged or faulty you can return it to us for a replacement or refund. Please
return the goods to us within 14 days of delivery.
We will refund
all
costs associated with the purchase, including outgoing and return postage. The
item should be returned to us in the condition it was received.
All refunds will usually be made by reversing your original payment within 7
days and at the latest within 30 days of receiving your returned item.
If this item
subsequently becomes defective we will remedy this in accordance with your
statutory rights outlined in the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
The warranty covers defective materials or workmanship, but does not cover
misuse, wilful damage or normal wear and tear.
Returns Process
It is recommended that if the purchase price of the item is £39.99 or below please return the item by
First Class post.
We recommend that if the value is £40 to £49.99 the item
is returned by Recorded delivery and for items priced above £50
by Special Delivery.
We are not responsible for any items
posted to us that go missing in the delivery system.
It is your statutory duty to ensure that reasonable care is taken of any goods in
your possession. You should therefore ensure that they are well packed as
missing parts or broken packages will have to be paid for.

Payment
Postal Orders / Cash / Bankers Draft: we will post your purchase ASAP
Credit/Debit Card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa, Delta and Switch
Cheque payment: Orders paid by cheque, will not be dispatched until the cheque
has cleared, for which up to 14 days should be allowed. After which we will
post your purchase ASAP
Bank Transfer: We can accept CHAPS and BACS transfers. Our bank is the Bank of
Scotland, 600 Gorgie Road, Edinburgh, EH11 3XP. Sort Code: 12-24-81. Account

Paypal: Providing payment is received from a 'Verified' Paypal Account and
provides a 'Confirmed', the item will be dispatched ASAP. If the Paypal account
is not verified and doesn't provide a 'Confirmed' address, we are not protected
by the ?Sellers Protection? policy in Paypal. We therefore have to go through a
security procedure before dispatching your item to help protect ourselves
against fraud. This is normally just a 3 to 5 day delay.
Delivery
Once payment has been completed, we will dispatch your item/items within 2
working days regardless of the delivery service/courier you have been offered
or paid for. Following dispatch, please allow the following delivery times for
your purchase:
